About This Project

This project consists of eight two-bedroom townhouses. Each townhouse will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single garage, a second car park onsite, and its own driveway. These townhouses have been designed by award winning Design House Architecture and come with a freehold title (no Body Corporate) and at least 200m2 of land. These townhouses can be purchased “off the plan” from the developer. All that is required is a 10% deposit with the balance payable on completion. A ten-year building guarantee will be provided.
