About This Project

McQuarrie purchased this 10-acre block and large house in 2015. The house had weather tightness issues. McQuarrie rectified the weather tightness issues and refurbished the property. McQuarrie then subdivided a lifestyle block from the original property and then sold both lots. The purchasers of the house lot have enjoyed the high standard of finish and have not found any building defects. No further weather tightness issues have been experienced.
