About This Project

McQuarrie expects to complete the construction of these high-quality duplex townhouses in early 2022. Two of these townhouses will have two bedrooms and one bathroom. The two rear townhouses will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and will be larger than our usual three-bedroom townhouses, and will have a large deck at the rear looking out on a private gully/forest area. These will be highly desirable townhouses. This project has been designed by award winning Design House Architecture and each unit comes with a freehold title (no Body Corporate) and at least 200 ㎡ of land. These townhouses can be purchased "off the plan" from the developer at a discount. All that is required is a 10% deposit, with the balance payable on completion. A ten-year building guarantee will be provided.
