About This Project

McQuarrie purchased this property at a time when it had substantial weather tightness issues. McQuarrie undertook an extensive rectification project to identify and remedy all of the weather tightness issues under the supervision of Hamilton City Council building inspectors. The property was ultimately purchased by a local Hamilton lawyer and his family as their family home. No further building defects or weather tightness issues have been experienced.
