About This Project

These four duplex townhouses were completed in November 2019. Each townhouse had three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single garage. These townhouses were sold for $650,000- $685,000. Quality materials were utilised in construction including concrete block and cedar. These townhouses came with a freehold title and at least 200m2 of land.
