About This Project

This project involved the construction of seven apartments being three x three bedroom apartments and four x two bedroom apartments. All the apartments were sold “off the plan” prior to completion. Most of the purchasers were investors. All the purchasers were very happy with their investment as all of the investors made a substantial profit prior to completion of the apartments. All of the apartments rented out very quickly on completion. The rents achieved were very good, and were higher than the rental appraisal provided to the purchasers at the outset. For example, the three bedroom apartments were rented out on a furnished basis for $550 per week on a 12 month tenancy. The two bedroom apartments were rented out for $410 on a furnished basis. The project was completed in March 2016.
