Steve Chatwin is the owner and managing director of McQuarrie Group Limited. Steve was born and bred in Hamilton. Steve has been a property investor and developer for over 30 years.
Steve is a stable, reliable and trustworthy Hamiltonian who has been here a long a time and who intends being here a lot longer. In his career as a lawyer and a property developer he has never faced any claim for negligence, building defects or weathertightness issues. He has never been declared bankrupt, and has never been the director of a liquidated company. Steve is experienced, knowledgeable and careful. He has seen many property developers come and go over the years after selling shoddy developments at inflated prices to members of the public who then suffer the consequences. In contrast Steve has a philosophy of selling quality developments at reasonable prices so that purchasers benefit as well as the developer.
